Marketing & Proposals Coordinator
As a Marketing & Proposals Coordinator at Zenon, you will help shape integrated, imaginative and impactful design solutions across a diverse range of projects. You’ll join a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment where technical rigour, creativity and thoughtful design come together to produce work that enhances both the built environment and the experience of those who use it.
This role will involve you to:
Support the coordination and delivery of high-quality bids, proposals, presentations, and marketing materials across a range of sectors and service lines.
Assist with the creation of engaging marketing collateral, branded content, promotional materials, and client-facing communications aligned with company brand standards.
Develop visually impactful PowerPoint presentations, pitch decks, capability statements, and supporting graphics for business development and client engagement activities.
Coordinate marketing initiatives including events, conferences, campaigns, branded merchandise, sponsorships, and corporate promotional activities.
Review RFPs, RFQs, ITTs, and tender documentation to help coordinate submission requirements, deadlines, and supporting content.
Work closely with Directors, technical teams, and project staff to gather information, develop content, and support proposal and marketing deliverables.
Assist with social media, website content updates, internal communications, and wider marketing campaigns to strengthen brand presence and market visibility.
Conduct market, client, and competitor research to support business development efforts, targeted messaging, and proposal positioning.
Maintain CRM records, opportunity tracking, marketing databases, and reporting to support pipeline visibility and business growth activities.
Collaborate with the wider marketing and communications team to maintain brand consistency, improve materials, and contribute fresh ideas and creative approaches.
Support the development and upkeep of proposal templates, bid libraries, marketing assets, and branded resources to improve quality, efficiency, and market impact.
