Zenon are global industry leaders in the field of commissioning, having been providing total building commissioning services across Canada alone since 1999.


We have the largest team of dedicated commissioning engineers, project managers, and technicians in North America with hundreds of active projects in various stages of design, construction and operation.

Zenon are also a founding Canadian member company of the Building Commissioning Association (BCA) Western Canadian Chapter and a BCA Certified Commissioning Firm (CCF).


Our commissioning portfolio includes projects of all building and facility types, including Health Care & Laboratory Facilities, Institutional Sectors (Universities, Colleges and Schools), Government Facilities (Law Courts, Prisons, RCMP Facilities, Port of Entries), Office Buildings, Recreation Facilities, Light Industrial Facilities, and Residential developments.


Zenon was one of the pioneers of the LEED commissioning process in North America. Since inception of the LEED rating system in Canada (around 2000) we have provided commissioning services for over 500 LEED certified buildings.


We are proud to be delivering many of our current projects using specialized cloud-based commissioning software, Cx Alloy, designed specifically for management and execution of the commissioning process platform and setting a new high-watermark for accountability, efficiency, clarity, transparency and risk management in the commissioning process.
