Ensure deliverables meet applicable standards, project requirements, and internal quality assurance procedures.
Project Management: Manage geotechnical projects from initial scoping and fee proposals through to investigation, interpretation, reporting, and completion, ensuring programmes, budgets, resources, and client expectations are effectively managed.
Geotechnical Design & Engineering Advice: Provide geotechnical input on foundations, earthworks, retaining structures, slope stability, ground improvement, and other relevant engineering challenges. Work collaboratively with structural and civil engineering colleagues to develop practical, cost-effective solutions.
Client & Stakeholder Relationships: Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients, developers, contractors, design consultants, and other project stakeholders, providing clear technical advice and supporting the successful delivery of multidisciplinary projects.
Commercial & Business Development Support: Assist with fee proposals, tenders, scopes of work, and project cost estimates. Identify opportunities with existing and prospective clients and contribute to the continued growth of Superstructures’ geotechnical services.
