UK Group Admin Coordinator

As our UK Consultancy division continues to expand, we are looking to welcome a driven UK Group Admin Coordinator to support the growth of our multi-disciplinary engineering teams and help strengthen our presence across the UK market.

Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day office administration, including correspondence, filing, document management, and office supplies.
Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and company events.
Maintain company databases, CRM systems, and client contact records.
Assist with onboarding administration, health & safety documentation, and general office coordination.
Coordinate the preparation, formatting, and submission of proposals, tenders, PQQs, and Expressions of Interest (EOIs).
Maintain and update proposal templates, project profiles, staff CVs, capability statements, and bid documentation.
Track proposal deadlines and ensure all submissions are completed accurately and on time.
Maintain a bid pipeline, submission register, and proposal library.
Support the preparation of presentations, marketing materials, and award submissions.
Travel between offices (London, Cambridge, Ipswich and Darlington) will be required as part of this role (Travel will be reimbursed)
Skills & Experience
Experience within an engineering consultancy, building services, construction, architecture, or professional services environment is an asset but not required.
Strong written communication and document preparation skills.
Excellent organisational and time-management abilities with the capability to manage multiple deadlines.
High attention to detail and accuracy in document production and administration.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
Experience with Adobe Acrobat, InDesign, or other proposal and marketing software would be advantageous.
A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to support a growing engineering consultancy.
