Fabrication
We combine in-house design, fabrication, modular assembly, and coordinated delivery to design and build higher-quality MEP and HVAC systems faster, safer, and with greater consistency. Using our two 10,000 SF and 5,000 SF manufacturing plants, we fabricate all aspects of HVAC products and systems.
We also incorporate prefabrication and modular construction in conjunction with BIM modeling to enable us to develop tighter project controls around
manufacturing in advance of construction. We specialize in turning coordinated designs into fabricated systems that are manufactured, assembled, tested, and prepared for efficient installation on site.

By simplifying the way HVAC systems are designed, installed, and maintained, Zenon helps reduce coordination between suppliers, eliminate costly ductwork, improve ceiling heights, and support more energy-efficient, low-carbon buildings.
