Zenon Group Welcomes Gareth Quay as MEP Director - UK

We are delighted to announce the appointment of Gareth Quay as our new MEP Director for the UK. Gareth joins Zenon with over 22 years of deep expertise in workspace design for high-value markets, including Wealth Management, Tech, and CAT A Developers.

His extensive background spans the full breadth of the commercial sector, ranging from major new-build projects to high-end, bespoke refurbishments across London and Europe. With a foundation in MEP design, Gareth excels at bridging technical engineering with commercial strategy. Having served as a technical lead on major London projects, he possesses a holistic view of how complex building services must align with financial reporting and resource planning to ensure every project is delivered with precision and profitability.

In his role at Zenon, Gareth will lead our UK MEP services team. He brings a diverse perspective to our international consultancy, which is dedicated to redefining project delivery through integrated building lifecycle solutions.
