Celebrating a New Accreditation for Charlie Stokes!

We’re thrilled to announce that Charlie Stokes, our BIM Manager from our London office, has achieved accreditation as an Information Management Practitioner under ISO 19650!

This significant milestone reflects Charlie’s dedication to excellence in managing complex information processes. With this accreditation, Charlie is equipped to support our clients as an Information Manager, whether on behalf of Zenon or acting on behalf of a general contractor.

Key responsibilities in this role include:

• Managing the Master Information Delivery Plan (MIDP) and Task Information Delivery Plan (TIDP).

• Reviewing Exchange Information Requirements (EIRs).

• Developing both Pre- and Post-Appointment BIM Execution Plans (BEPs).

  
  

In simpler terms, Charlie will act as a “gatekeeper,” ensuring the agreed-upon rules with clients are adhered to and that the right information reaches the right people at the right time—a critical component for project success.
