New alliance can take on bigger projects

Zenon Group (before Superstructures) and Ingent Consulting Engineers have formed a collaborative partnership to deliver a broader, integrated engineering capability across a wide range of sectors.

Ingent Consulting Engineers, with offices in Brightwell and Bury St Edmunds, specialise in civil engineering and drainage design. Through this partnership, they are working alongside Zenon Group (before Superstructures), combining expertise in both civil and structural engineering.

James Potter, Managing Director of Zenon Group (before Superstructures), said:“It really is the adage that ‘together we are stronger’. Ingent brings expertise in civils and drainage design, while Zenon Group (before Superstructures) specialises in building structural design. Together, this combined knowledge allows us to deliver engineering solutions suited to larger and more complex projects across commercial, education, and residential sectors.”

Over the past 18 months, the partnership has successfully delivered engineering services on more than 25 projects. These include the £30m Suffolk Glasshouse scheme at Great Blakenham, the new John Grose showroom in Ipswich, and several developments within the Essex Schools framework.

This collaboration enables both companies to further develop their businesses, strengthen their teams, and provide a fully integrated structural and civil engineering service.
