New project

Spring 2018 marks the start of construction on several exciting projects that have been progressing through the design phase over the winter at Zenon Group (before Superstructures).

Work has now begun in earnest on the largest commercial project designed by Zenon Group (before Superstructures) to date. The new steel frame has been engineered to cantilever over the complex form of the existing building, minimising disruption during construction and allowing the company to continue operating as normal for as long as possible.

An exciting new domestic project on the banks of the river Stour has commenced on site with the foundations currently being constructed. The site required a piled foundation solution due to the presence of clay subsoils, mature vegetation and high water tables. The above ground structure will be constructed from timber frame and Superstructures have provided design consultancy services from inception.
