Works are progressing well on a private residential project in the heart of Suffolk, featuring the construction of a new swimming pool and kitchen extension. The development represents a significant enhancement to the existing property, combining modern design with functional living spaces.
Zenon Group (before Superstructures) worked alongside Patrick Allen & Associates during the design phase to develop a solution that includes a complex steel frame. This structure enables a fully vaulted roof with a large central glazed lantern positioned over the swimming pool, creating an open and light-filled environment.
Mixbrow are carrying out the construction and are doing an excellent job in bringing the project to life on site.
