Project Update – Orwells

Significant progress has been made on the Orwells Furniture project, with the steel frame now erected and beginning to reveal the form of this distinctive and contemporary structure. The development is set to create an eye-catching and innovative space, reflecting a bold architectural vision.

Zenon Group (before Superstructures) has worked closely with KLH Architects to deliver this complex design. The structure incorporates large cantilevers, creating the striking illusion of a floating form supported by an inclined steel column.

Curved glulam beams will shape the first floor framework, adding both structural efficiency and architectural character. This is an exciting project, and one the team looks forward to seeing fully completed.
