The Pines – Redlodge

Construction has recently commenced on a new primary school development in Redlodge, Suffolk, marking an important milestone in delivering modern educational facilities for the local community. The project represents a significant addition to the area and highlights continued investment in educational infrastructure.

Zenon Group (before Superstructures) has worked alongside Concertus throughout the design phase to deliver an efficient and practical structural solution. The building comprises a large two-storey steel frame, supporting a composite first floor deck and a metal deck roof system.

Morgan Sindall has now begun on-site works, with the site cleared and construction of the conventional trench fill foundations currently underway.
