Zenon Group Secures Multiple Framework and DPS Appointments Across the UK for 2025

Zenon Group (previously CES) is pleased to share a series of successful appointments to strategic frameworks and dynamic purchasing systems (DPS) across the UK for the start of 2025, a strong endorsement of our growing presence and continued commitment to quality, collaboration, and sustainability in the built environment.


Framework and DPS Highlights:


EN:Procure – GEN4 Framework for Construction Consultancy Services (2025–2029) Appointed to deliver the following key services:

  • Lot 4 – Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) Engineering Services

  • Lot 14 – Retrofit Assessor

  • Lot 15 – Retrofit Coordinator Services


EN:Procure is a leading consortium representing over 275,000 homes across Yorkshire and Humberside, with a focus on efficiency, regeneration, and climate action.


Energy Efficient Retrofit DPS – Midlands Energy Hub Zenon (previously CES) has joined this £50M programme to support energy-efficient retrofit delivery across the Midlands through services including:

  • Retrofit Assessment, Coordination & Design

  • Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs)


Led by Nottingham City Council, the Midlands Energy Hub works with local authorities and LEPs to deliver regional energy and carbon savings.


EN:Procure – Green Consultants DPS (2025–2026) Appointed to deliver specialist green retrofit and decarbonisation consultancy across the North of England.

  • Services include Retrofit Strategy & Advisory, Assessment, Evaluation, and Design


Perfect Circle Supply Chain Zenon (previously CES) continues to deliver MEP and sustainability services via the Perfect Circle network — supporting public sector clients with innovation, technical leadership, and delivery support.
