Zenon Group (previously CES) is proud to support the Sir Robert Peel Centre Redevelopment by leading Total Building Commissioning across all project phases, design, construction, and post-construction. This landmark, multi-year initiative will serve one of Canada’s fastest-growing regions: the Region of Peel.

Phase 1 will deliver a new 3-storey facility in Brampton’s Fletcher’s Creek South, featuring an upgraded 911 Communications Centre managing up to 3,000 daily emergency calls. The building will also house IT Services, Records, Road Safety, Data Analytics, and other essential departments. Designed for post-disaster resilience, it will include backup electrical and mechanical systems, PV panels, and heat pumps, accommodating over 700 staff. Construction is set to begin in Fall 2025, with substantial completion targeted for Fall 2028.

Phase 2 will replace the existing 7,642m² facility with a new L-shaped 4–5 storey complex, part of a $450 million investment, scheduled for 2029–2033. Once operational, it will house both civilian and police personnel and operate 24/7.

Importantly, both SRPC and 22 Division will remain operational and accessible throughout, with uninterrupted site services maintained at all times.

With over 25 years of commissioning experience, Zenon Group is pleased to play a central role in this decade-long transformation, bringing deep expertise, proven adaptability, and a commitment to high-performance building systems.
